This Privacy Policy explains how FutureMind Labs LLC (“Raydar IQ,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit raydariq.com, interact with our marketing materials, or use our voice-agent analytics platform (the “Services”).
Information We Collect
We may collect four main types of information: (a) Business-contact data - such as your name, work email, and phone number - when you fill out a sign-up form, request a demo, or otherwise interact with us; (b) Call and transcript data - including audio recordings, automatically generated transcripts, store identifiers, and the names of participating employees - captured through our telephony provider (Twilio) and stored in our cloud environment (currently Google Cloud Platform) for approximately ⟨90 days⟩ by default; (c) Usage and device data, like IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers, which we gather via cookies and server logs to maintain and improve the Services; and (d) Marketing-analytics data, such as email open rates and LinkedIn ad interactions, collected through tools like HubSpot and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to help us measure campaign performance and refine outreach.

Data Retention

Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Annual penetration tests; SOC 2 Type II audit expected Q4 2025.
International Transfers
For EU/UK users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for transfers to the U.S.
Your Rights

Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data.
